My Practice
I offer individual psychotherapy and medication management for adults. As an NP, I focus on an integrative approach, supported by training in psychology as well as neuroscience. Medications (i.e. for insomnia, depression, or anxiety) can help, but they are not always necessary or recommended, and I’m happy to discuss your options when we meet.
For now, I am seeing my patients via video. While re-opening an office for in-person visits in the future is likely, I will continue to offer video appointments, given the positive results and responses from patients.
I welcome working with the full range of concerns and challenges that bring people to therapy, whether social anxiety, recurring depression, low self esteem, boundary setting, or finding a path to purpose and meaning.
In addition to general psychiatry, I have specialized training to provide support, counseling, and guidance to help you navigate the unknowns that come with medical illness, grieving, or being with dying.
I find a sense of fulfillment in walking alongside others in their journey to fully embrace who they are and where they’re headed.
Training

Having worked in several hospital systems and community psychiatry clinics, I am now exclusively in private practice. I have presented at multiple conferences about the benefits of resilience training for anxiety and how to awaken meaning and purpose for patients, caregivers, and clinicians in the end of life experience.
